The winding process uses continuous carbon fiber bundles to wrap the core mold according to a preset trajectory, which can flexibly adjust the circumferential and axial fiber arrangement. The pipe has excellent resistance to radial pressure and is commonly used for high-pressure pipe fittings and industrial support pipes. The weaving molding process weaves carbon fiber yarn into a tubular fabric and then impregnates it with glue for curing. The pipe has outstanding torsional resistance and stronger impact resistance, but the production cycle is long and it is mostly used for high-end customized components. The molding process is suitable for carbon fiber pipes with irregular cross-sections, relying on molds for shaping and ensuring good consistency in product dimensions, making it suitable for mass production of complex cross-section components.

Curing is a crucial step in determining the quality of carbon fiber tubes. Temperature, pressure, and insulation time need to be strictly matched, as a rapid heating rate can easily cause internal bubbles and delamination; Insufficient pressure can result in uneven resin distribution defects. After curing, slowly demold according to the gradient cooling to avoid bending and deformation of the pipe caused by temperature difference stress. After demolding, the pipes are cut, polished, and surface coated, and then subjected to size, straightness, and strength testing to remove defective products such as bubbles, cracks, and eccentricities.

The constant pressure duration of 0.08 to 0.12 MPa is strictly controlled to stabilize the volume fraction of cured resin in the optimal range of 32% to 38%. At the same time, low-temperature plasma activation treatment technology is introduced to enhance the bonding force between fibers and resins through coupling agent modification, completely eliminating delamination and cracking problems. Some high-end styles use three-dimensional four-way weaving technology, combined with high-density inner cavity foam filling, to eliminate resonance echo of hollow carbon tube hitting the ball and restore the solid feeling of solid wood.
To ensure the accuracy of the rod body, an intelligent monitoring system is installed in the curing process, which monitors the deviation of six nodes of the rod body in real time through dual lasers and CMOS camera arrays, dynamically adjusts the temperature control area, and controls the straightness error of the rod body within 0.08 millimeters/meter. After molding, follow the principle of gradient slow cooling and cool down the mold at a rate not exceeding 2 ℃ per minute to avoid deformation caused by temperature differences. After rough grinding, fine grinding, and multiple polishing processes, the surface roughness is controlled within 0.8 μ m, balancing delicate hand feel and wear resistance.
Before leaving the factory, the finished product needs to undergo 108 comprehensive quality inspections, including straightness calibration, mechanical testing, temperature and humidity environment simulation, and weight testing, to achieve zero defect delivery of quality.
