High end carbon fiber billiard clubs often use aviation grade T700 PAN based carbon fiber as the core material. This material has excellent mechanical properties and strong chemical stability, making it the preferred substrate for high-performance sports equipment. The entire production process includes more than ten precision procedures, from raw material pretreatment to finished product quality inspection, with strict precision control throughout the entire process, building a foundation for high-quality products. In the early stage of production, the factory uses CNC cutting equipment to cut carbon fiber prepreg, with a cutting error controlled within 0.1 millimeters. The molding process is the core key to the quality of carbon fiber billiard sticks. The industry mainstream adopts vacuum assisted resin transfer molding technology, which completes injection molding under vacuum environment of -0.098 MPa and constant temperature conditions of 35 to 42 ℃. The constant pressure duration of 0.08 to 0.12 MPa is strictly controlled to stabilize the volume fraction of cured resin in the optimal range of 32% to 38%. At the same time, low-temperature plasma activation treatment technology is introduced to enhance the bonding force between fibers and resins through coupling agent modification, completely eliminating delamination and cracking problems. Some high-end styles use three-dimensional four-way weaving technology, combined with high-density inner cavity foam filling, to eliminate resonance echo of hollow carbon tube hitting the ball and restore the solid feeling of solid wood.
To ensure the accuracy of the rod body, an intelligent monitoring system is installed in the curing process, which monitors the deviation of six nodes of the rod body in real time through dual lasers and CMOS camera arrays, dynamically adjusts the temperature control area, and controls the straightness error of the rod body within 0.08 millimeters/meter. After molding, follow the principle of gradient slow cooling and cool down the mold at a rate not exceeding 2 ℃ per minute to avoid deformation caused by temperature differences. After rough grinding, fine grinding, and multiple polishing processes, the surface roughness is controlled within 0.8 μ m, balancing delicate hand feel and wear resistance.
Before leaving the factory, the finished product needs to undergo 108 comprehensive quality inspections, including straightness calibration, mechanical testing, temperature and humidity environment simulation, and weight testing, to achieve zero defect delivery of quality. With mature technology, the carbon fiber billiard club completely solves the problems of solid wood clubs being prone to moisture, bending, and high transmission loss. Its low deflection characteristics can accurately control and plug the hitting ball path, greatly improving handling stability.
